I am thrilled to share a proud milestone in my journey of delivering education services. I have successfully completed the first batch of the Level 2 – Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations, with 37 attendees from the United Nations (UN), NGOs, commercial industries, and overseas participants from Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, and Japan. It was an incredible opportunity to mentor such diverse professionals from different backgrounds, and I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me. This achievement marks the beginning of a rewarding path, and I look forward to continuing to empower and guide more learners in the future.

CIPS Education ကို ဒီနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလမှ စတင်သင်ကြားခဲ့ပြီး Vocational Professional Certificate ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် CIPS မှ လက်မှတ်ရရှိပါက နိုင်ငံတကာတွင် အလုပ်လျှောက်ထားရာ၌ ပိုမိုအခွင့်အလမ်းများ ရရှိစေပါသည်။
ကျွန်မရဲ့အတန်းထဲမှာ တက်ရောက်သူအချို့က ဗဟုသုတတိုးပွားစေရန် စိတ်ဝင်စား၍ တက်ရောက်ကြသလို၊ အချို့ကလည်း လုပ်ငန်းခွင်တွင် လက်တွေ့လုပ်ကိုင်နေပြီး စာတွေ့ပညာနှင့် ပေါင်းစပ်လေ့လာခြင်းဖြင့် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သော အကြံဉာဏ်များ၊ လုပ်ငန်းကျွမ်းကျင်မှုများ ရရှိနိုင်ကြောင်း သိရှိ၍ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် CIPS Education ၏ အကျိုးကျေးဇူးများကို သိရှိလာသူများ တဖြည်းဖြည်း ပိုမိုများပြားလာပါသည်။
အခုလို အချိန်တိုအတွင်း သင်တန်းသား၊ သင်တန်းသူ (၁၂၀) ခန့်အား ကျွန်မသိရှိထားသော ပညာရပ်များကို ပြန်လည်မျှဝေပြီး Mentor အဖြစ် လမ်းညွှန်ပေးခွင့်ရသည့်အတွက် အလွန်ဂုဏ်ယူမိပါသည်။ အနာဂတ်တွင်လည်း ပိုမိုများပြားသော သင်ယူသူများကို လမ်းညွှန်ပေးနိုင်ရန် ဆက်လက်ကြိုးစားသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
Today, I successfully completed the Second Batch of the Level 2 Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations. In this CIPS education class, I awarded Completion Certificates to 26 learners from Dubai, UAE and Myanmar, representing the UN, NGOs, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, Mining, and Retail sectors.
CIPS education began this January, and since it is a Vocational Professional Certificate, obtaining certification from CIPS makes it much easier to apply for jobs abroad.
In my class, some learners joined simply out of curiosity and a desire to gain knowledge, while others were already working in the field and wanted to combine practical experience with academic learning. They recognized that integrating both would provide valuable insights and help them perform more effectively in their careers. As a result, more professionals are recognizing the value of CIPS education and choosing to enroll.
Within such a short period, I have had the privilege of mentoring around 120 learners by sharing my knowledge and experience. I am truly proud of this achievement and will continue striving to support and empower even more learners in the future.

At PLSE, we continuously support Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain practitioners in advancing toward globally recognized CIPS qualifications. I am truly proud to be the first in Myanmar to be authorized to deliver CIPS education.
